- Nasolabial fold
Expression lines on either side of the lips that can be quite deep and make our face look considerably older and less attractive.- Treatment: There are several methods for filling and smoothing these wrinkles. The most appropriate method will be chosen for each case depending on the patient's characteristics. The implant filler material may be resorbable or non-resorbable.
- Product: Hyaluronic acid and polylactic acid are available as resorbable fillers. Permanent materials are available as non-resorbable fillers.
- Treatment properties: Injectable in all cases. A local anaesthetic cream will be applied because both absorbable and non-absorbable fillers can be somewhat uncomfortable, especially since the skin must be pressed with the hands for the product to penetrate properly. The results are spectacular: the furrow disappears and the skin looks smoother and younger.
- Sessions: Depending on the desired volume and the depth of the wrinkle, the session will be repeated after 21 days for both absorbable and non-absorbable fillers.
- Crow's feet

Expression lines around the eyes. These lines branch out around the entire eye contour and can range from very fine to deep. They age the overall expression of the face and dull the eyes.
- Treatment: Two different treatments with fantastic results. The choice will depend on the patient's characteristics: an infiltration material or a resorbable filler implant.
- Product: We use botulinum toxin as a medication indicated for expression lines and hyaluronic acid as a resorbable filler implant.
- Treatment properties: In both cases, expression lines are softened and erased from the face. These treatments are not painful, but as with most injection treatments, the area is anaesthetised with cream.
- Sessions: Botulinum toxin is applied every six months; repeating the treatment in less than six months is contraindicated. The duration of this treatment depends on the skin type, but ranges from six to eight months. In the case of hyaluronic acid, the treatment is carried out every twenty-one days with a total of three sessions, depending on the depth of the wrinkle, and one more follow-up session one year after the treatment.
- Forehead wrinkles
Horizontal lines that run across the forehead and are often quite deep. As in all cases, these wrinkles make the face look older overall.
- Treatment: the best results are obtained with material infiltration.
- Product: material infiltration with botulinum toxin.
- Treatment properties: these wrinkles are smoothed out and a spectacular rejuvenating effect is achieved.
- Lip augmentation
With age, our lips become thinner and lose volume and smoothness. This is why overly thin lips make our overall expression appear harsher and make us look older.
- Treatment: Lip augmentation is performed using two different types of filler implants, either resorbable or non-resorbable. The doctor will advise the patient on the most suitable option for their case.
- Product: The most suitable resorbable filler implant is hyaluronic acid. The non-resorbable implant is a permanent material.
- Treatment properties: In both cases, the results are excellent. Bear in mind that when we use resorbable filler material, we are dealing with a temporary solution that will last until our body reabsorbs the material. We can then repeat the treatment.
- Sessions: In the case of resorbable filler, the sessions required to achieve the desired volume will be carried out and the treatment can be repeated after 6 months.
- Facial sagging
Perhaps the passage of time is the main cause of this problem, but it is not the only one. A stressful lifestyle, environmental pollution, cellular damage caused by exposure to ultraviolet rays and other factors contribute to dehydration and loss of elasticity, smoothness and radiance in our face.
- Treatment: To solve this problem, we offer three highly effective treatments that can be combined to achieve the best results in all cases. Mesotherapy, material infiltration and facial mask.
- Product: Homeopathy offers us, with facial mesotherapy, all the nutrients necessary to act deeply on the skin. Material infiltration is performed with hyaluronic acid. Thanks to the facial mask, we act immediately against sagging.
- Treatment properties: This treatment consists of subcutaneously infiltrating a homeopathic product to dilute body fat. It is not painful.
- Sessions: We recommend eight sessions, one per week, to achieve optimal results in the case of mesotherapy. If we use hyaluronic infiltration, one session every fortnight, for a total of three in principle, and a follow-up session every three months. The facial mask will be applied every fortnight.
- Acne
One of the problems that most people suffer from. Acne is a chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands that is uncomfortable and unsightly and can even leave scars on our face.
- Treatment: A combination of medical treatments allows us to solve the problem in general cases of inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne and when scars are present.
- Product: For the treatment of both acne and acne scars, peeling is the treatment that guarantees the best results. Depending on the case, microdermabrasion or a combination of both will be used.
- Treatment properties: Chemical peeling is an accelerated form of exfoliation induced by a chemical or caustic agent. There are different types of chemical peels that will be used depending on the case. In general, the new peels are very gentle and can be used on all skin types due to their high tolerance. It is not a painful treatment, so it is performed without any anaesthetic. If you feel a slight stinging sensation, fanning the affected area will provide the necessary relief. They are more effective than classic peels and have less risk of potential complications such as hyperpigmentation. The procedure generates changes in the skin by stimulating epidermal proliferation and destroying specific layers of damaged skin. With this treatment, we get the skin to produce new collagen deposits that improve its health and appearance. Microdermabrasion is a method based on the projection of inert aluminium microcrystals which, with the correct power setting, can be used to treat acne scars.
- Sessions: In the case of glycolic peeling, one session every 21 days. Salipeel peeling will be applied once a month. If we use a combination of dermabrasion and salipeel peeling to correct scars, the treatment will be carried out once a year. Microdermabrasion is a treatment that requires one session per month.
- Skin spots
A melanin disorder that results in dark spots on the skin. These can be age spots that appear with age, benign localised pigmentation, keratosis or actinic spots resulting from systematic exposure to the sun. In all cases, they are spots caused by excessive pigmentation or melanin-related imperfections.
- Treatment: Only through effective treatment that targets the melanogenesis process can we achieve an adequate solution to the problem, allowing those affected to eliminate the spots, restore their skin's smoothness and regain its lost luminosity.
- Product: In the case of age spots, chemical peels are very effective, as is the Alexandrite laser. When the problem is caused by localised, benign pigmentation or keratosis, we use a specific peel (Only Touch). Actinic spots are very effectively combated with kojic acid and glycolic acid peels or with the new Amelan depigmenting agent.
- Treatment properties: As we saw in the previous section, there are various treatments available to solve the problem of skin spots. In order to achieve the best possible results, it is essential to study each case individually: the patient's age, skin phototype and type of hyperpigmentation. We have already discussed the characteristics of chemical peels, and as in the case of acne, the procedure will cause changes in the skin by stimulating epidermal proliferation and destroying specific layers of damaged skin. With this treatment, we get the skin to produce new collagen deposits and an increase in glycosaminoglycans in the papillary dermis, which contributes to the repair of skin photodamage. It is not a painful treatment, so it is performed without anaesthesia. The Alexandrite laser. Amelan depigmentation is a revolutionary method that works by removing melanin spots from the face (melasma and chloasma). It is fast, does not cause peeling, can be performed at any time of year, is compatible with all skin types, is easy to apply for both the doctor and the patient, It is not painful, so no anaesthesia is required, and it allows sunbathing without the spots reappearing. It is completely safe.
- Sessions: The success of treatments for facial hyperpigmentation depends on consistency. The frequency of sessions will vary depending on the type of peel: once a week, every twenty-one days, or once a month. Treatment with the Alexandrite laser will be performed every six months. The Amelan depigmenting agent will only be applied once a year.
- Facial ageing

Obviously, this is a problem we all share as we get older. However, we must take into account factors other than age that contribute to skin ageing, such as prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays, stress, an unbalanced diet, and improper skin care. These factors will cause the signs of ageing to appear earlier: increasingly sagging skin, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.
- Treatment: Facial rejuvenation to achieve smoother, brighter and more even skin. Younger-looking skin with very little effort.
- Product: The most successful method is a chemical peel specific to each case and a single-dose gel base product that makes the treatment personalised for each patient.
- Treatment properties: Today's chemical peels created for skin rejuvenation act deeply with exfoliating and keratolytic agents. The procedure generates changes in the skin by stimulating epidermal proliferation, destroying specific layers of altered skin or by inducing tissue inflammatory reactions that are not well understood. It is important to assess the patient's skin type and signs of ageing in order to apply the most appropriate type of peel. For ageing due to photodamage, we use the Retises peel. To achieve a lifting effect, an immediate tightening action, we use the Flash peel (Alpha-beta complex). If the skin has solar lentigo or other types of hyperpigmentation, the most suitable peel is the Yellow peel. We will avoid epidermolysis in sensitive skin with glycolic acid. And to improve skin texture, we will use the single-dose gel base product.
- Sessions: The Retises peel and the Yellow peel will be applied every six months. The flash peel, the glycolic acid peel and the Compositum gel base treatment will be applied every twenty-one days.
- Rosacea
Small varicose veins that appear in different areas of our face. They ‘spoil’ the overall appearance of the face and are always unsightly.
- Treatment: Once the vascular pathology to be treated has been determined, cases must be separated according to the type of vascular lesion, its depth, origin and location. Treatment will be applied according to the needs of each case.
- Product: The alexandrite laser is used. The controllable parameters in these lasers are the pulse length, spot size and energy density, which will be the fundamental parameter for vascular treatment, as it determines the energy dose to be delivered.
- Treatment properties: This is a form of photosclerosis, i.e. in a physical environment, we achieve the sclerosis that we used to achieve with chemical means. With the laser, we achieve total or partial destruction of the vascular endothelium walls and prevent their recanalisation. This is somewhat painful, so a local anaesthetic cream will be applied.
- Sessions: Every six months until the problem disappears.
- Facial hair
One of the problems shared by most women. It usually appears in very specific areas such as the upper lip, chin and facial hair. It makes our face look ugly and ‘dirty’.
- Treatment: Not so long ago, the solution to this problem was temporary and women were ‘enslaved’ to hair removal that did not solve the problem. Today, we have advanced methods that solve the problem permanently.
- Product: An alexandrite laser is used to destroy the follicle's potential for regrowth without damaging the surrounding tissue.
- Treatment properties: This is a personalised treatment that takes into account factors such as hair colour, texture and the area of the face to be treated. The results are very positive in all cases. It is somewhat uncomfortable, so a local anaesthetic cream will be applied.
- Sessions: When the hair reappears. This is usually after four months. The problem is solved depending on the area treated, the type of hair and the skin colour. Although, as we have mentioned, positive results are obtained in all cases, the ideal patient is someone with black hair and white skin.
