Human Resources objectives

The Human Resources department is at the service of all our professionals and has the following short- and medium-term objectives:

Strengthening competency-based management as a fundamental element in supporting clinical management.
Managing human resources in accordance with the company’s ethical values, in a transparent and open manner for all employees.
Maintaining information available through our intranet (general communications, common templates, information of general interest, etc.).
Consolidating and developing a preventive policy aimed at a scientific, comprehensive, integrated and participatory prevention model, with the aim of protecting employees in terms of health and safety.
Maintaining the occupational risk prevention portal (intranet), which provides access to available information on prevention (news, events, management system, procedures, templates, legislation, etc.).
Using internal and external benchmarking as a tool for knowledge, analysis and professional motivation, as well as encouraging involvement in continuous improvement plans.
Implementing a global internal communications plan.
Developing the employee portal across all centres.
Developing continuing education and training, in coordination with the group’s Teaching and Research Directorate.
